Introduction
Boutique rural lifestyle allotments minutes from Yea, ninety minutes from Melbourne. Williamson Property wasn’t selling lot lines — they were selling mornings like the one the film opens on.

The Challenge

Land releases usually lead with a subdivision plan — a grid of lots and a price list. The brief here was the opposite: sell pure rural living first and the parcel second. Black cattle at first light, the river country around Yea, the main street and the Country Club Hotel — the region does the persuading, and the product simply has to belong to it.

Our Approach

The graphic language stays analogue: parchment-toned maps that sketch themselves, radar rings settling over the township, a hand-drawn radius of wineries, trails and country essentials. When the film does turn to the offer, a single line of light walks the boundary of the land — and the practical promises are stated plainly: ring-lock fencing on rural pine posts, underground power, NBN-ready on every allotment.

The Result

The staging plan tells the sales story on its own — Stage 1 sold out, Stage 2 already 80% sold — so the film never has to raise its voice. It closes the way it opens, in low sun over the hills: a quiet, confident campaign for buyers who are purchasing a pace of life, with a title attached.
