When the product is a house, the film has to survive the comparison — everyone who sees the spot will eventually stand in the display home and check. Premier Homes needed film that looked like the product — and media that paid for itself many times over. Not a brand piece to sit pretty in a showreel. A campaign built to sell houses.
Shot in 8K so every placement, from BVOD to feed, had more than enough image — morning light down a hallway, stone and timber close enough to touch, rooms that read like rooms and not renders. Three months of BVOD put the houses in people's living rooms, which is exactly where you sell one. Performance cutdowns ran underneath the whole flight, optimised as the numbers came in.
500x revenue returned. Five hundred. Not a number we'd print if we couldn't stand behind it. Three months of flight, one figure at the end, and the campaign is the benchmark every Premier Homes brief since has been measured against. The only awkward part of a bar that high — someone has to clear it next, and it's us.
Concept & production: CUT & RUN.
With gratitude to: Premier Homes.
