Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne

Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield ran the campaign for 717 Bourke Street together, a commercial building in Melbourne’s Docklands. Two agencies, one asset, one market: they needed a single piece of film both teams could put in front of tenants and investors without it feeling like a listing video.
A single shoot day in the building, planned around the sun rather than the schedule. Exteriors and the Bourke Street approach in the morning, lobby and lift lobbies mid-morning, tenancy floors and the outlook over Docklands in the afternoon. We kept people in shot to give the spaces scale and worked on gimbal throughout for a clean, unhurried feel, then spent a week in post grading and cutting to two minutes.
A two minute film both agencies could lead with: on the listing, in the pitch and across paid social. It has been viewed 520.000 times and generated 95 enquiries, and it gave Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield one consistent story to sell rather than two.
Concept & production: CUT & RUN.
With gratitude to: Knight Frank × Cushman.
