Introduction
LAWD are genuine leaders in specialist property — agribusiness roots, ten offices, national coverage. Their company film had to move like the firm does: fast, confident, and impossible to mistake for a corporate profile.

The Challenge

Most agency profiles open on a boardroom. This one opens on mist over farmland at first light — because that’s where LAWD’s story actually starts. The brief was a hype film, not a history lesson: seventy-odd seconds that carry the firm from its agribusiness heartland to Melbourne’s skyline and back, and leave no doubt about the scale it now operates at.

Our Approach

The film runs on a type-forward motion system cut hard to the footage underneath — Melbourne Born over the Yarra at sunrise, National Coverage across commuter platforms, a glowing map lighting up ten offices around the country. Each service line gets its own reveal: LAWD Development over estate aerials, LAWD Industrial over logistics roofs, and the new national development advisory line over the CBD it advises on. Real campaign material — tablet mockups, a SOLD banner landing on 200 Tuckers Road — keeps the hype anchored in evidence.

The Result

It closes on the number that needs no adjectives: $900 million in development transactions to date throughout 2025. Seventy-three seconds, one continuous build, and a firm that reads exactly as it is — genuine leaders in specialist property, with the receipts on screen.
